By accessing or using Konax CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Konax CRM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing customer relationship management, sales tracking, and team collaboration tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in these terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain all rights and ownership of the data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant Konax CRM a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Our use of your personal and business data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konax CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
